Six self-catering apartments over two floors
Ava is our charming yellow apartment house, home to six thoughtfully designed self-catering apartments set across two levels. Each apartment offers a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, spacious living area, and a covered loggia terrace overlooking the resort's landscaped gardens. First-floor apartments enjoy beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea, while those on the ground floor offer partial sea views framed by lush Mediterranean vegetation.
Each apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests (2+2) in a well-appointed one-bedroom layout. The bedroom features a queen-size double bed, while the spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests — ideal for children.
