Six self-catering apartments over two floors
Ava is the yellow building — featuring six thoughtfully designed self-catering apartments arranged across two levels: three on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Each has its own private bathroom, kitchenette, spacious living room and loggia terrace looking onto our beautifully landscaped gardens — with a sea view from the first-floor apartments.
Each apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests (2+2) in a well-appointed one-bedroom layout. The bedroom features a queen-size double bed, while the spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests — ideal for children.

The twelve apartments share the same layout and furnishings — the only per-apartment differences are interior size, terrace size, and floor.
