Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and overlooking the Adriatic Sea, our common facilities are thoughtfully designed around a collection of welcoming shared spaces that invite relaxation, connection, and wellbeing. Unwind by the pool while your children make new friends, stroll through fragrant gardens, enjoy a book in the shade of ancient oak trees, or gather with family and friends for a relaxed evening around the barbecue.
Set within more than 7,000 m² of gardens and natural surroundings, our shared spaces encourage guests to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the simple pleasures of island life.
Pool
Our spacious outdoor swimming pool (13 m × 7 m), complemented by a separate children’s pool, is the social heart of the resort during the summer months. Surrounded by sun loungers, tables, and Mediterranean greenery, it is the perfect gathering place for guests of all ages for a refreshing morning swim, a relaxed afternoon with family and friends, or a peaceful sunset by the water.
Playground
Nestled in the shade of a majestic old oak tree, our children’s play area features a trampoline, swings, a sandbox, and plenty of space to play and explore. Conveniently located within easy view of the dining terrace, it allows parents to relax with a coffee or a good book while keeping an eye on the little ones.
Barbeque
A shared barbeque area (free to use with prior sign-up), set on the large outdoor terrace used for long garden dinners.
Massage Room
Our peaceful on-site massage room offers a quiet sanctuary for relaxation and renewal. Massage treatments are available by appointment—simply enquire at reception during your stay.
Sauna
Sauna and small spa area, available on request — a quiet way to wind down after a day of exploring the island.
Yoga Terrace
An open-air terrace for yoga, stretching and breathing practice — used by HOMER Center retreats and open to all guests when free.
Amphitheatre
Set within the shade of the oak garden, the open-air amphitheatre offers a natural space for connection, reflection, movement, and celebration. It regularly hosts retreat sessions, meditation circles, music, dance, fire ceremonies, and memorable evenings under the stars.
Garden & Ponds
Large botanical gardens run through the property — lily ponds, wildflowers, shaded oaks, and quiet paths between the buildings.
