The Central Villa houses eight comfortable double rooms, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and simplicity. Each room is air-conditioned and tastefully furnished, with cozy beds, fresh linens and calming décor. You will also find a mini fridge, electric kettle with tea/coffee cups, and a water jug with glasses.
The villa has three shared, spacious and well-maintained bathrooms, all stocked with toiletries and available hot water as well as two common toilets.

The ground floor of the Central Villa is the shared heart of the resort — a place where guests cook together, read by the window, and gather before heading out for the day.
Living Room
Flooded with natural light, this spacious 75 m² lounge with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, bookshelves and tranquil garden views is the peaceful heart of the Villa and a favourite place to unwind throughout the day.
Dining Room
Our newly renovated dining terrace is a bright and spacious gathering place that comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests for shared breakfasts, leisurely lunches, and relaxed evening dinners. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto the gardens, the space seamlessly blends indoor comfort with the beauty of the outdoors.
Whether sharing a meal, participating in a workshop, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, the dining terrace offers a warm and inviting space at the heart of the resort.
Shared Kitchen
Our fully equipped communal kitchen offers everything needed for preparing light meals and refreshments, including a four-burner gas stove, large electric oven, double sinks, spacious refrigerators, and generous work surfaces.
Guests staying in the Central Villa are welcome to make use of the kitchen throughout their stay. Whether preparing breakfast, enjoying a leisurely lunch or sharing a coffee with fellow guests, it provides a practical and welcoming space at the heart of the Villa.
Bathrooms & Toilets
Guests of the Central Villa have access to three shared bathrooms, including one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout the property.
Additional restroom facilities are available in two locations: a poolside toilet block with separate men's and women's facilities, and a modern unisex restroom on the ground floor near the living room, featuring two private cubicles and a washbasin. The generous number of bathrooms and toilets throughout the resort ensures comfort and convenience, even during larger retreats and group events.
The three shared bathrooms measure roughly 7 m² (ground floor), 6.7 m² and 4 m² (first floor), alongside a 3.5 m² unisex toilet near the living room.
