When you contact us via the email form or by direct email, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. When you book a stay, we collect the details required to fulfil that booking — your name, contact information and stay dates. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use your data

We use your information solely to reply to your enquiry and, where a booking is agreed, to prepare for your stay. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to fulfil your booking (e.g., the booking platform you arrived through).

Data retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a short period thereafter. Booking records are retained for the period required by Croatian tax and accommodation regulations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Contact us and we will reply within a reasonable time.
